Questions Before You Reach Out
How do we meet for an estimate?
By appointment. Submit the form with a few photos of the damage and where you’re located, and we’ll get back to you with a written estimate and next steps — usually within a few hours. If the damage needs an in-person inspection, we’ll arrange it at a time that works for you.
Where do I actually bring my car?
You’ll know before you commit to anything. After your estimate is approved, we confirm the drop-off location, the timeline, and exactly who’s handling the work. We don’t ask you to drive anywhere until everything is lined up.
Why don’t you list a phone number?
We respond faster by email and through our estimate form than by phone. Collision claims involve a lot of back-and-forth documentation, and we’d rather handle it in writing than leave you on hold. You’ll get a same-day reply from a real person, Monday through Saturday.
How fast will you get back to me?
Same day, Monday through Saturday, for any request sent before 6 PM. Most estimate requests come back within a few hours. If your car isn’t drivable and you need immediate help, mention that in the form and we’ll prioritize it.
What if my car isn’t drivable?
Tell us in the form. We’ll coordinate towing through your insurer (most collision policies cover it) and get your vehicle to the right facility. You don’t need to figure out the logistics — that’s what we’re here for.
