Collision Repair in Ontario

Lifetime Warranty Direct Insurance Billing Certified Technicians

You’ve just been in an accident. The adrenaline is fading, and now you’re looking at a damaged vehicle wondering what happens next. Maybe it was a rear-end collision on the 401 during rush hour, or someone ran a red light at a busy intersection. Whatever happened, you’re dealing with damage, stress, and a pile of questions about insurance.

Collision repair covers everything from minor fender damage to major structural work that requires frame straightening, panel replacement, and full repainting. The scope depends on the impact — a low-speed parking lot bump is a very different job than a highway collision. We assess the full extent of the damage, create a detailed repair plan, and work directly with your insurance company so you don’t have to chase paperwork.

Every collision repair we do comes with a lifetime warranty on workmanship. We use OEM parts whenever possible, and our technicians are I-CAR certified. Your vehicle leaves our shop in the same condition it was in before the accident — structurally sound, properly aligned, and color-matched to factory specs.

What to Expect

Most collision repairs take 5 to 15 business days depending on severity and parts availability. We’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront — not an optimistic guess. If parts are backordered (which happens more often since 2022), we’ll let you know immediately and help you arrange a rental through your insurer. You’ll get progress updates at least twice a week, and you can call anytime to check on your vehicle.

Cost Guide

$500 – $10,000+ depending on severity

We bill your insurance company directly. You only pay your deductible — and in some cases, if the other driver was at fault, you won’t even pay that. We work with every major insurer in Ontario including Intact, Aviva, Economical, TD Insurance, and Desjardins.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does collision repair take?

It depends on the extent of the damage. A minor fender repair might take 3-5 days. A major collision involving frame work, multiple panels, and paint can take 2-3 weeks. Parts availability is the biggest variable — we’ll give you an honest timeline when we see your vehicle.

Will my car look the same after collision repair?

Yes. We use computerized color matching to blend paint seamlessly with your existing finish. Our technicians follow manufacturer repair procedures, and every vehicle goes through a multi-point inspection before delivery. If something isn’t right, we fix it before you pick up.

Do you use OEM parts?

We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever possible. Your insurance policy may specify OEM or aftermarket — we’ll review your coverage with you and always use the highest quality parts your policy allows. We never use salvage parts without your explicit approval.

Can I choose my own body shop in Ontario?

Absolutely. Ontario law gives you the right to choose any licensed repair facility. Your insurance company might suggest their "preferred" shops, but you are not obligated to use them. We handle the insurance process regardless of which company you’re with.

Does my insurance cover collision repair?

If you have collision coverage on your policy, yes. If the other driver was at fault, their liability insurance covers your repair and you likely won’t pay a deductible. We’ll review your policy with you during the estimate process so there are no surprises.
